Looking forward to this, I think Leeds have been a breath of fresh air to the PL. There has to be goals, they will certainly give us chances. No real idea of the outcome, but I’ll go with a Desmond.

Leeds game plan seems to be aggressive forward play - they have looked impressive at times this season but they also seem defensively frail and they are inconsistent. If we hold our shape defensively and not get overrun at the back then have to feel we could get a result. Optimistic but will be far from an easy game

Yes Charley, I'm old enough to remember that dirty Leeds side back in the 70s. I vividly remember one game involving Keith Robson - it was on The Big Match. I think it was right on the 2nd half kick-off, Robson flattened Billy Brenner and left him in a heap in the centre circle then a few seconds later rounded off a superb move with a brilliant diving header to score. Jimmy Hill praised him in his analysis for giving Leeds a dose of their own medicine.

Could be a tricky one, this. The outcome is about as unpredictable as Moyes's line-up. Leeds can be superb going forward so we really need to be on our game defensively, especially when we have numbers forward. But they are a bit suspect at the back so we need to bully them and take our fu*king chances.

I don't think we'll win this one. Since Antonio's injury we've gradually been losing impetus, because Haller is neither good nor energetic enough to replace him. I'd love to be proven wrong but I can't see us getting more than one goal, and Leeds are high scorers whatever their defensive problems.

This is a loss tonight. Haller up top plus an injury to Masuaku meaning that there will be changes to an already quite shambolic defence. However if Bowen plays like he did against the Mancs we should at least score. Could be entertaining unless you're a West Ham fan. Soucek and Rice owe us a performance against their top knot cunts tonight.

We have done well against sides who have come at us with 5 at the back and less so when we have to take the initiative. I think the result will depend on tactics and whether we get the performances from individuals on the pitch that we need. Still think we have a great chance for all the points but we need the team that turned up against Leicester and Wolves.

vexed, the same shambolic defence that conceded 4 in the 5 games before Utd? Including games against city and Liverpool.

I agree on the loss though. Losing Masuaku is a major blow, the outlet he has provided this season has been key to relieving a lot of pressure at times.

Interesting choices tonight for Moyes.
